I created this space because I believe everyone deserves to be heard without being fixed, judged, or hurried. Men in particular are often expected to carry everything quietly. Here, you can put it down for an hour.

This is your space where the unspoken finds a voice.

I don’t give advice unless you ask for it. I don’t take notes to use against you, and I don’t flinch. I listen.

Is this therapy?

No. Mystical Maia offers non-clinical listening and support. It isn’t counseling, treatment or medical support.

Is it really confidential?

Yes, with a few legal and safety exceptions.I don’t record sessions or share what you tell me. I would only break confidentiality if you or someone else is in immediate danger, if a child is being harmed, or if the law requires it.

Can I really talk about anything?

You can talk honestly about your desires, fantasies, relationships , shame, regrets and fears. The sessions are pure conversation.

Will you judge me?

Absolutely not. Fantasies and difficult feelings are human. My role is to listen, not to grade you.

Will you give me advice?

Only if you ask me to. Some people want a sounding board. Others want perspective. You choose.

How long are the sessions and how much do they cost?

Sessions are one hour long (video or phone options) and cost $299.
